Traveling to/from the airport has never been so easy. The ADO bus company offers the shuttle service at an affordable price, plus having a safe and comfortable trip.
If you go from the airport to Cancun’s Bus Terminal, you can take the bus at Terminal 2 of international arrivals, ask any worker where the bus stop is.
In case you go from the city to the airport, there are departures every 30 minutes from the bus terminal.
Likewise, some vans offer the same transfer from/to; a little more accessible, but sacrificing your comfort, they leave from the same terminal as the buses, but it’s a different stop.
First of all, security at Cancun’s Bus Terminal
We know that safety for you and your family is critical. Therefore, we suggest that you never leave personal items unsupervised, in case you use ATMs do not allow someone to help you in the process.
Also, always be alert, because it is a busy place and pickpockets will take any opportunity.
Taxis
Once you arrive at the bus terminal, you will find taxis that will offer you a transfer, but look closely, some may increase the rates. Always ask the price first and try to bargain, don’t take the cost for granted.
Yet, another option is to walk out of the area and take a taxi outside, which will charge you a cheaper rate.

• Chichen Itza: 7 blocks north
• Xcaret Avenue: 11 blocks south
• Yaxchilán Avenue: 2 blocks west
• Bonampak Avenue: 6 blocks east
• López Portillo Avenue: 16 blocks northwest
• Kukulcán Boulevard: 10 blocks south and two blocks east
• Cobá Avenue: 10 blocks south. This avenue converges with the Kukulkan Boulevard.
