In Casa Maya Hotel we are ready to welcome you like at home.

We are committed with the safety of our guests and coworkers, that’s why we have implemented several sanitation and hygiene actions to prevent any spread of Covid 2019. To offer you a safety and quality service, all our staff has been trained about the health and care processes regulated by COFEPRIS and Secretaría de Salud.

​Due to the government’s requirements for USA; Canada and Brazil, Casa Maya in partnership with Amerimed Hospital will be offering PCR & SARS Antigen tests at a special Price for our guests. We Will have a room with the necessary health & safety protocols on site for this matter
Amerimed will have 2 laboratory workers, for sampling, collections and registration starting on January 26th from11:30 to 12:30 every day from Monday to Saturday.

For the hotel access all our guests, coworkers and suppliers must pass the sanitation filter: temperature monitoring, shoes disinfection, handwashing and health questionnaire.

It´s monitoring that all our coworkers wear the protection equipment according to their area.


-At the moment of your arriving, the bellboy sanitizes the luggage one by one before being delivered to the room.

-We have installed in the front desk an acrylic barrier, to avoid the direct contact between staff and guests. Also, the floor has been marked to respect the physical distance between guests waiting for the check-in process.

-The reception staff wears their safety equipment according to the hygiene protocols.

-The room keys are disinfected before and after being delivered to the guest.


The total capacity of the restaurant has been reduced up to 50% to respect the 1.5 mts distance between tables.

To respect the physical distancing and avoid the lines in the restaurant, we have implemented an assisted buffet, so your dishes will be served directly to your table.

Before and after the service to the guests, the chairs, table, and hand objects are disinfected for being used.


-In public areas and pool the beach furnishing has been relocated to respect the physical distancing of 1.5 meters. Also, all the sanitation frequency on these areas has been increased to guarantee the safety use of them.

-For better hygiene before getting into the pools, there is available liquid soap in the showers.


-Has been added to the room’s new cleaning supplies like disinfecting wipes and sanitizing gel with 70% alcohol.

-The cleaning and disinfection cycles are done with more frequency using chemical products recognized by national and international institutions.

-We have integrated improved technologies for disinfection like electrostatic sprayers, ozone equipment, and hydrogen peroxide equipment to guarantee the sanitation of all surfaces.

– All contact surfaces like a door handle, switches, remote control, phone, and furniture in general, are cleaning and sanitizing with special attention.

-At the moment of check out, the cleaning supplies are replaced. When the room is totally clean and sanitized the access is blocked for any person until this be assigned to a new guest.
